NEW PERFORMANCE VIDEOS and Teaching Moments

Doesn’t it seem like February should feel shorter with its 28 days? Somehow this month seemed huge and was absolutely action packed with lots of playing and with some unforgettable teaching moments.

Receiving the Steinway&Sons 2024 Top Piano Teacher award was a huge surprise. What an honor and inspiration!

Just hours after the Steinway award ceremony, I got to moderate the High School Gala Concert of the Youngstown Music Teachers’ Association. What a talented group of young musicians.

February is usually a time for competition prep, and here I am with two of my college students as they get ready for their upcoming competition.

I love being both a pianist and a pedagogue. I learn so much from my students, and I hope to inspire them with my performances.

From my most recent solo recital here a small sample with two sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti. Simply click on the image below and enjoy the performance!
